Step 2: Your Initial Evaluation

Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation. Dr. Duchene will review your health history, discuss your current symptoms and goals, and perform orthopedic and neurological testing to understand what's actually going on. X-rays are taken on-site when clinically indicated.

Step 3: Your Report of Findings

Before any treatment begins, Dr. Duchene will walk you through what he found, explain the diagnosis in plain language, and present a recommended care plan. You'll know what's wrong, why, and what it will take to fix it — before you commit to anything.

Step 4: Treatment Begins

Your care plan is built around your specific condition, not a generic protocol. Most patients begin with more frequent visits during the initial relief phase and gradually reduce frequency as improvement is established.

Step 5: Progress and Graduation

We track your progress throughout care and adjust the plan as needed. The goal is to get you better as efficiently as possible — and to give you the tools to maintain your results long-term.
